Processing times can be viewed here, and does not including shipping/delivery times. Processing is subject to change, depending on the item(s), quantity of the order and during holiday seasons.
When an order is ready for delivery or pickup, you will receive an email to let you know, which includes the tracking number (if available) so that the package can be tracked on its way to you.
Pickup
Pickup is at Home International Ltd, 104 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8. Location is for pickup only and does not stock items nor facilitate new orders. All orders must be made online prior.
Location is open M-F 8:30-4:30 pm and Sat 9:00-1:00pm (*subject to change)
